Before you place your first trade, it’s worth taking a few minutes to make sure your account is fully configured. This page covers everything from initial sign-up to payment methods, notification preferences, and security settings — so you can trade with confidence from day one.
All account actions, including sign-up, deposits, trading, and withdrawals, are performed through the Jua Predictions website. There is no standalone mobile app — use your mobile browser for the best experience on a phone or tablet.

Creating Your Account

To create your account, go to juapredictions.com and click Sign In. You can sign up using:
  • Email and password — Enter your email address, choose a password, and verify your email with the confirmation link sent to your inbox.
  • Social login — Sign in with a supported provider (such as Google) for a faster, password-free setup.
Once you complete sign-up, your Jua Predictions profile is created automatically. You are signed in and ready to explore the platform straight away — no additional registration steps are required.

Your Profile

Your profile is your public identity on Jua Predictions. You can customise the following from the Profile section in your account settings:
  • Display name — The name other community members see on leaderboards and public activity feeds. Choose something you’re comfortable sharing publicly.
  • Avatar — Upload a profile picture to personalise your account. If you signed up via a social provider, your social avatar may be imported automatically.
Keep your display name appropriate and unique. It appears alongside your trading activity in any community-facing features on the platform.

Payment Methods

Jua Predictions supports two deposit and withdrawal rails. You can link one or both to your account depending on your location and preference. M-Pesa (Kenya) M-Pesa is the primary payment rail for KES deposits and withdrawals. To link M-Pesa:
  1. Go to Wallet → Payment Methods and select Add M-Pesa.
  2. Enter your M-Pesa registered phone number.
  3. Complete a small verification transaction to confirm ownership of the number.
Once verified, you can deposit funds instantly using the M-Pesa push flow and request KES withdrawals directly to your M-Pesa account. Crypto Wallet (Polygon USDC) For crypto deposits, Jua Predictions accepts USDC on the Polygon network. To use this rail:
  1. Go to Wallet → Payment Methods and select Add Crypto Wallet.
  2. Copy your unique Polygon deposit address or scan the QR code.
  3. Send USDC from your external wallet to that address on the Polygon network.
Only send USDC on the Polygon network to your deposit address. Sending funds on a different network (such as Ethereum mainnet or Solana) may result in permanent loss of funds.

Notifications

Staying informed helps you act on market movements and order fills without having to constantly check the platform. Configure your notifications in Settings → Notifications. You can enable or disable alerts for the following events:
In-app notifications appear as a badge in the top navigation bar. Email notifications are sent to the address associated with your Jua Predictions account. You can update that email address at any time through your account security settings.

Account Security

To update your credentials or review active sessions:
  1. Click your avatar in the top navigation bar and select Account Settings.
  2. Under the Security section, you can change your password, update your email address, and view or revoke active login sessions.
  3. If you signed up with a social provider, visit that provider’s own security settings to manage access.
Jua Predictions uses industry-standard secure authentication. Your passwords are never stored in plain text, and your login details are never exposed to the platform directly.
