Jua Predictions supports crypto deposits and withdrawals using USDC on the Polygon network. Each account has a unique deposit wallet address, and transfers are detected automatically. Before you send any funds, read the warning below carefully — incorrect transfers cannot be reversed.
Only USDC on the Polygon network is supported. Sending any other token (including ETH, MATIC, or USDT) or using any other network (such as Ethereum mainnet, BNB Smart Chain, or Solana) to this address will result in permanent, unrecoverable loss of funds. Always verify both the token and the network before confirming any transaction.

Your Deposit Address

Every Jua Predictions account is assigned a unique Polygon wallet address for receiving USDC. This address is yours alone — do not share it with others or use it to receive any token other than USDC on Polygon. To find your deposit address, go to Wallet → Deposit → Crypto. Copy the address exactly as shown — even a single incorrect character will send your funds to the wrong destination.
Use the copy button next to your deposit address rather than typing it manually. Always paste the address into your sending wallet and visually verify the first and last few characters match.

Depositing USDC

1

Open the Crypto Deposit Screen

Navigate to Wallet → Deposit → Crypto in the platform navigation.
2

Copy Your Deposit Address

Use the copy button to copy your unique Polygon USDC deposit address to your clipboard.
3

Open Your Crypto Wallet

Open your crypto wallet (for example, MetaMask or Coinbase Wallet). Make sure it is connected to the Polygon network.
4

Send USDC on Polygon

Initiate a send transaction for the amount of USDC you want to deposit. Paste your Jua Predictions deposit address as the recipient. Confirm that the selected network is Polygon before submitting.
5

Wait for Confirmations

Your deposit is detected automatically. Funds will appear in your cash balance once the required number of network confirmations have been reached. This typically takes a few minutes on Polygon.

Withdrawing USDC

1

Open the Crypto Withdrawal Screen

Navigate to Wallet → Withdraw → Crypto in the platform navigation.
2

Enter Your Polygon Wallet Address

Paste the Polygon wallet address where you want to receive your USDC. Double-check that this address is correct and belongs to a wallet you control on the Polygon network.
3

Enter the Withdrawal Amount

Specify the USDC amount you wish to withdraw. The minimum withdrawal amount and any applicable fees will be shown before you confirm.
4

Confirm the Withdrawal

Review all details and confirm. Your USDC will be sent on the Polygon network to the address you provided.
Withdrawals are irreversible once confirmed. Verify your recipient wallet address carefully before submitting. The platform cannot recover funds sent to a wrong or incompatible address.

Confirmation Times

Deposits require a number of network confirmations on Polygon before your funds are credited. Polygon confirmations are typically fast — most deposits appear within a few minutes of the on-chain transaction being submitted. During periods of network congestion, this may take slightly longer. You can track the status of your deposit in your Wallet transaction history.

Minimum Amounts

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the Wallet interface when you initiate a transaction. Transfers below the minimum will not be credited and may not be recoverable.

Frequently Asked Questions

Unfortunately, no. Sending USDC on Ethereum mainnet (or any other network) to a Polygon address is a cross-chain transaction that is not supported. These funds are typically unrecoverable. Always verify that you have selected the Polygon network in your wallet before confirming any send. This is the most common and most costly mistake — please double-check before every transaction.
Yes, as long as you select the Polygon network when withdrawing from the exchange. Most major exchanges (such as Binance, Coinbase, and Kraken) support Polygon withdrawals for USDC. Look for a “network” or “chain” selector during the exchange withdrawal flow and choose Polygon (sometimes labelled as MATIC or Polygon PoS).
In MetaMask, click the network selector at the top of the window, then select Add Network. Choose Add a network manually and enter the following details:Once added, switch to Polygon Mainnet before sending any USDC to your Jua Predictions deposit address.
