# Managing Notifications in Jua Predictions

> Stay informed with Jua Predictions notifications. Learn which events trigger alerts, how to manage preferences, and how to enable email notifications.

Notifications keep you up to date on every important event affecting your account — from order fills and market resolutions to referral rewards and comment replies. Jua Predictions delivers notifications through two independent channels: in-app alerts and email, both of which you can configure to match your preferences.

## Notification Types

You can receive notifications through two channels, and each can be enabled or disabled independently:

    Accessible via the bell icon in the top navigation bar. A badge appears when you have unread notifications. Click the bell to view a full list of recent alerts without leaving the platform.

    Sent to the email address associated with your account. Email notifications let you stay informed even when you are not actively using the platform. A verified email address is required.

## Events That Trigger Notifications

The following events will generate a notification when the relevant condition is met for your account:

| Event                         | Description                                                                          |
| ----------------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |
| **Order filled**              | Your limit order was fully or partially matched in the CLOB.                         |
| **Order cancelled**           | One of your open orders was cancelled, either by you or by the system.               |
| **Market resolved**           | A market you hold shares in has been resolved and a payout has been credited.        |
| **Referral reward credited**  | A referral bonus has been added to your balance.                                     |
| **Promotional balance added** | A promo credit has been added to your account.                                       |
| **Comment reply**             | Another user has replied to a comment you posted on a market.                        |
| **Market proposal approved**  | A market you proposed has been approved and is now live.                             |
| **Market proposal rejected**  | A market you proposed has been rejected and the proposal deposit has been forfeited. |

## Managing Preferences

You can control which notifications you receive at any time:

    Select **Account → Notifications** from the settings menu.

    Use the toggles to enable or disable individual notification types for both in-app and email channels. Changes are saved automatically.

## Email Notifications

Email notifications are delivered to the address linked to your account. Before email notifications can be sent, your email address must be verified.

  If you have not verified your email address, you will only receive in-app notifications. To enable email notifications, verify your address through your account profile settings.

<Tip>
  Enable **market resolution** notifications if you have any open positions. This ensures you are immediately notified when a payout is credited to your cash balance, so you can reinvest or withdraw your winnings without delay.
