# M-Pesa Deposits and Withdrawals on Jua Predictions

> Use M-Pesa to deposit and withdraw funds on Jua Predictions. Funds are converted between KES and USDC automatically at the current operator rate.

Jua Predictions integrates with M-Pesa through our M-Pesa payment provider, enabling you to deposit and withdraw funds directly from your mobile money wallet. When you deposit, your KES amount is automatically converted to USDC at the current rate and credited to your cash balance. Withdrawals work in reverse — your USDC is converted to KES and sent to your M-Pesa number.

## Depositing via M-Pesa

    Go to **Wallet → Deposit → M-Pesa** in the platform navigation.

  <Step title="Enter Your Phone Number">
    Type in the M-Pesa registered phone number you want to use. This must be the number linked to your M-Pesa account.

  <Step title="Enter the Deposit Amount">
    Specify the KES amount you want to deposit. The equivalent USDC amount will be shown at the current conversion rate before you confirm.

  <Step title="Approve the STK Push">
    An STK push (payment prompt) will be sent to your phone. Open the prompt and enter your M-Pesa PIN to approve the payment.

  <Step title="Funds Credited">
    Once the payment is confirmed, your KES amount is converted to USDC at the displayed rate and credited to your **cash balance**. This typically happens within a few minutes.

## Withdrawing via M-Pesa

    Go to **Wallet → Withdraw → M-Pesa** in the platform navigation.

    Enter the USDC amount you wish to withdraw. The equivalent KES amount will be shown at the current conversion rate.

  <Step title="Confirm the Withdrawal">
    Review the KES amount and conversion rate, then confirm the withdrawal request.

  <Step title="Funds Sent to M-Pesa">
    Your USDC is converted to KES and sent to the M-Pesa number registered on your account. You will receive an M-Pesa confirmation SMS once the funds arrive.

## Limits and Timing

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply and are configured by the platform operator. These minimums are displayed in the Wallet interface before you confirm a transaction.

## Conversion Rate

The KES/USDC conversion rate is set by the platform operator and is displayed to you at the time of each transaction, before you confirm. The rate shown at confirmation is the rate applied to your transaction.

## Frequently Asked Questions

  Always use the M-Pesa registered phone number linked to your Jua Predictions account. If you need to update your phone number, do so in your account settings before initiating a transaction.

  Wait up to one minute for the STK push to appear on your phone. If it does not arrive, check that your phone has network coverage, then return to the deposit screen and try again. Do not submit multiple deposit requests simultaneously.

  No. For security and compliance reasons, you must only use your own registered M-Pesa number. Transactions from unregistered or third-party numbers may be rejected or delayed.
