# Withdraw Your Winnings from Jua Predictions

> Request a withdrawal from Jua Predictions to your M-Pesa account or a Polygon USDC wallet address. Only cash balance is withdrawable.

When you're ready to move your winnings out of Jua Predictions, you can withdraw to your M-Pesa account or to a Polygon USDC wallet address. Withdrawals are processed from your cash balance, so make sure any funds you need are unlocked and available before you submit your request.

  Only your **cash balance** can be withdrawn. Promo balance credits cannot be withdrawn directly — they are intended for trading only. Your withdrawable balance is always equal to your cash balance (minus any cash that is currently locked in open orders).

    Withdraw directly to the M-Pesa number registered on your Jua Predictions account. The USDC amount is converted to KES at the configured rate and sent to your mobile money wallet.

        Check that your cash balance covers the amount you want to withdraw. If funds are locked in open orders, cancel those orders first to release them — see the [Locked Funds](#locked-funds) section below.

        Navigate to **Wallet** in the app or website, then select **Withdraw**.

        Choose **M-Pesa** as your withdrawal method.

        Type in the amount you wish to withdraw. The equivalent KES amount will be shown based on the current conversion rate.

        Review the details and confirm. Once submitted, the funds will be sent to the M-Pesa number registered on your account.

      A minimum withdrawal amount applies for M-Pesa. Processing typically takes a few minutes to a few hours, though withdrawals may be reviewed before being sent. You'll receive an M-Pesa notification once the funds arrive in your mobile wallet.

    Withdraw USDC directly to any Polygon-compatible wallet address you control. Make sure the address you provide supports the Polygon network and USDC before confirming.

        Navigate to **Wallet** in the app or website, then select **Withdraw**.

        Choose **Crypto** as your withdrawal method.

        Paste the wallet address you want to receive the USDC. Double-check every character — there is no way to reverse a crypto withdrawal once it is submitted.

        Type in the USDC amount you wish to withdraw.

        Review the address and amount carefully, then confirm. Your withdrawal request will be submitted for processing.

      Crypto withdrawals are **irreversible**. Always verify your wallet address before confirming — if you enter an incorrect address, your funds cannot be recovered. Only send to a wallet that supports **USDC on the Polygon network**.

      A minimum withdrawal amount applies for crypto. Processing times vary; your withdrawal may be reviewed before the on-chain transaction is broadcast. Once sent, you can track it using the transaction hash in your withdrawal history.

## Locked Funds

If some or all of your cash balance is showing as locked, it means those funds are held as collateral for one or more open limit orders. Locked funds cannot be withdrawn until they are released.

To free locked funds:

1. Go to your **Portfolio** and open the **Orders** section.
2. Find the open limit order holding the funds you need.
3. Cancel the order — your funds are returned to your cash balance immediately.

Once released, the funds will appear in your withdrawable balance and you can proceed with your withdrawal as normal.

## Withdrawal Processing

All withdrawal requests may go through a review process before they are fulfilled. This is a standard step to protect your account and ensure secure fund transfers.

If your withdrawal has been pending longer than expected, check your withdrawal history in **Wallet → Transaction History** for a status update. If the status hasn't changed after a reasonable time, reach out to support with your withdrawal reference number.

## Frequently Asked Questions

  No. Promo balance credits are awarded for trading purposes only and cannot be withdrawn directly. Any winnings you generate by trading with promo balance will be credited as cash, which is then withdrawable.
