# Deposit Funds into Your Jua Predictions Wallet

> Add funds to your Jua Predictions account via M-Pesa mobile money or Polygon USDC cryptocurrency in a few simple steps.

Adding funds to your Jua Predictions account is quick and straightforward. You can deposit using M-Pesa mobile money if you're in Kenya, or by sending USDC on the Polygon network if you prefer cryptocurrency. All deposited funds land in your cash balance and are available to trade, pay fees, and withdraw.

    Deposit Kenyan shillings directly from your M-Pesa account. Your KES amount is automatically converted to USDC at the configured rate and credited to your cash balance.

        Open the Jua Predictions app or website and navigate to **Wallet**, then select **Deposit**.

        Choose **M-Pesa** as your deposit method.

        Type in the M-Pesa phone number you want to charge. Make sure it is the number registered with your M-Pesa account.

        An STK push notification will appear on your phone. Open it, enter your M-Pesa PIN, and confirm the payment.

      <Step title="Funds appear in your cash balance">
        Once the payment is confirmed, your KES amount is converted to USDC and credited to your cash balance. You're ready to trade.

      A minimum deposit amount applies for M-Pesa deposits. Your KES payment is converted to USDC at the configured exchange rate at the time of the transaction — the exact USDC amount will be displayed before you confirm.

    Send USDC on the Polygon network to your unique deposit address. Deposits are detected automatically and credited to your cash balance without any manual steps on your part.

        Open the Jua Predictions app or website and navigate to **Wallet**, then select **Deposit**.

        Choose **Crypto** as your deposit method.

      <Step title="Copy your unique Polygon USDC deposit address">
        Your personal deposit address is displayed on screen. Tap or click to copy it. This address is unique to your account — do not share it.

      <Step title="Send USDC on the Polygon network to that address">
        In your external wallet or exchange, initiate a withdrawal or transfer to your copied address. Make sure you select the **Polygon** network and that you are sending **USDC**.

      <Step title="Funds appear in your cash balance">
        Your deposit is confirmed automatically once the transaction is detected on-chain. The USDC amount is credited directly to your cash balance.

    <Warning>
      Only USDC on the **Polygon network** is accepted. Sending any other token, or sending USDC on a different network (such as Ethereum mainnet, Solana, or BNB Chain), will result in the **permanent and unrecoverable loss** of your funds. Always double-check the network before confirming your transaction.

      A minimum deposit amount applies for crypto deposits. Confirmation time depends on Polygon network congestion but is typically fast — your balance should update within a few minutes of your transaction being broadcast.

## Deposit Limits & Timing

Each deposit method has a minimum amount and a typical processing window.

## Frequently Asked Questions

  M-Pesa deposits are typically credited within a few minutes after you approve the STK push prompt and the payment clears. If your balance hasn't updated after 10 minutes, check your M-Pesa transaction history to confirm the payment went through, then contact support if needed.

<Accordion title="Can I deposit USDC from Ethereum mainnet?">
  No. Jua Predictions only accepts USDC on the **Polygon network**. If you send funds on any other network — including Ethereum mainnet — your transaction will not be detected and your funds will be permanently lost. There is no way to recover tokens sent to the wrong network.
