# Promotional Credits and Bonuses on Jua Predictions

> Learn how promotional balance works on Jua Predictions: where it comes from, what you can use it for, and its limitations compared to cash balance.

Jua Predictions occasionally rewards users with promotional balance — bonus credits that let you trade and explore markets without spending your own cash. Understanding how promo balance works, and where it differs from your regular cash balance, helps you get the most out of every credit the platform issues.

## What Is Promo Balance?

Promo balance is a separate pool of bonus credits issued directly by the platform. It appears in your account dashboard alongside — but distinctly from — your cash balance, so you always know exactly how much of each type you hold.

You can earn promo balance through:

* **Welcome bonuses** credited when you create a new account
* **Referral rewards** when you or a friend completes a qualifying referral
* **Platform promotions and events** such as seasonal campaigns, trading competitions, or special market launches

## What You Can Do With Promo Balance

Promo balance counts toward your overall tradable balance, giving you real purchasing power in markets.

## Promo Balance Limitations

Promo balance is not equivalent to cash in all situations. The table below summarises what you can and cannot do with it:

**Key restrictions to keep in mind:**

* **Fees are always charged to your cash balance.** Even if you use promo balance to fund a trade, any associated trading fees are deducted from your cash balance. Make sure you maintain enough cash balance to cover fees when trading with promo credits.
* **Promo balance cannot be withdrawn.** You cannot transfer promo credits to a bank account, payment method, or external wallet, either directly or by converting them into a withdrawable form.

  Promo balance is not withdrawable and cannot be converted to cash directly. The only way to realise value from promo credits is to use them in trades and receive winnings — paid as cash — if those trades resolve in your favour.

## How to Earn Promo Balance
