# Comments, Votes, and Reporting on Jua Predictions

> Engage with other traders on Jua Predictions: post comments on markets, vote on insights, and report inappropriate content to keep the community healthy.

Every market on Jua Predictions has a live comment thread where you can share analysis, ask questions, and discuss outcomes with other traders. Thoughtful discussion helps the whole community make better predictions — so whether you're posting an insight or voting up a well-reasoned argument, your participation matters.

## Commenting on Markets

To join the conversation on any market, navigate to the market's page and scroll down to the comment thread. You must be signed in to post.

    Find the market you want to comment on and scroll to the **Comments** section at the bottom of the page.

  <Step title="Write your comment">
    Click the comment input field and type your message. You can reply directly to an existing comment by clicking **Reply** beneath it.

  <Step title="Post your comment">
    Click **Post** to submit. Your comment appears in the thread in real time, visible to all users viewing the market.

  Comments are publicly visible to all visitors, including those who are not signed in. Do not share personal information — such as your real name, contact details, or financial data — in comments.

<Tip>
  Comments that link to credible external sources — news articles, data reports, official announcements — are the most helpful to other traders. Back up your claims with evidence to earn upvotes and build credibility in the community.

## Voting on Comments

Voting helps surface the most useful analysis and pushes low-quality noise out of view. You can upvote or downvote any comment posted by another user.

    Click the **▲ upvote** icon next to a comment to signal that it's insightful, well-reasoned, or adds value to the discussion. Highly upvoted comments rise to the top of the thread.

    Click the **▼ downvote** icon to indicate that a comment is unhelpful, off-topic, or misleading. Downvotes push comments lower in the thread, reducing their visibility.

You must be signed in to vote. You can change your vote at any time by clicking the opposite arrow, or remove it by clicking the same arrow again.

## Reporting Content

If you see a comment or market proposal that violates community guidelines, you can report it directly to the moderation team for review.

    Hover over the comment or market proposal you want to report. A **flag icon (⚑)** will appear alongside other action buttons.

    Click the flag icon to open the report dialog. Select the reason that best describes the violation — such as spam, harassment, or misinformation.

  <Step title="Submit your report">
    Click **Submit Report**. The moderation team will review your report and take appropriate action. You will not be notified of the outcome, but every report is reviewed.

  Reporting a comment does not remove it immediately. Administrators review all reports and make moderation decisions based on community guidelines and context.

## Community Guidelines

A healthy discussion benefits every trader on the platform. When posting, please follow these principles:

    Keep comments relevant to the market in question. Off-topic posts distract from meaningful analysis.

    Do not post repetitive messages, unsolicited promotions, or low-effort content designed to clutter threads.

  <Card title="No Personal Attacks" icon="shield">
    Disagree with ideas, not people. Harassment, insults, and targeted attacks toward other users are not tolerated.
  </Card>

  <Card title="Factual Claims Only" icon="check">
    Support assertions with evidence. Deliberately spreading false or misleading information undermines the integrity of the market.

Repeated violations of these guidelines may result in comment removal, temporary posting restrictions, or account suspension at the discretion of the moderation team.
